Over the years, Brookside Village HOA residents have planned, executed and paid for many improvements. What makes this next project so unique is that it is paid in full. I am so grateful to our resident Board Treasurer for her vision and focus.
Our Board is guided by a physical assessment report - prepared by an engineer - that provides cost estimates for the systems and components of our property that require repair, replacement or upgrade. Our roads are due to be replaced, and the new roads are expected to have a useful life of 25 years.
As this project unfolds over the next few weeks, you can be assured that your Board has discussed, researched and made every effort to support our decisions with facts. We are working with the best!
